Hi
Since you are 50 year old and just small drop of semen has fallen I don't see any chance of pregnancy.
No need of any medicines.

Thanks. And, what about STDs. Since the fluid came out at the top, is there any way to know if that's the only place and, either way, do I need to worry about STDs? This is the first time it has happened to me.
Brief Answer:
No chance of STD
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Since fluid was in very small quantity, there is negligible risk for STD.
No need to test for any STDs. You will be fine.
Let me know if you need any more clarifications.
