Question: Hi,

I had unprotected sex last Tuesday night. My partner did pull out and I took minastrin fe 4 pills 12 hours apart for EC. The last day of my period was about 4 or 5 days before. I have a 30 day cycle on average. What are the chances of pregnancy? I cannot have a baby now. I'm so worried!

Chances of being pregnant is very low, negligible I would say since this intercourse was not during possible fertile days and also you took minastrin pill. So you dont need to be worried.

Ok, even though I was anywhere from day 9 - 11 of my cycle. My period had ended 4 or 5 days before unprotected sex. How effective is taking the minestrin 24 fe as EC?

The pregnancy is not impossible but it is not likely to happen. not just because there probably wasnt ovulation but also because you took minestrin which should be 80% effective if taken in recommended dosage
