Question: Hi I had a one night stand and it was unprotected I pulled out but wanted to be safe because she isn't on birth controle so I got her a next choice one dose pill 1 hour after haveing sex. What are my chances and is there anything else we could do just to make sure she doesn't get pregnant please help me

As you have given your partner next choice emergency contraceptive within an hour after having unprotected sex, then you have done the right thing. Now all you have to do is to wait for the withdrawal bleeding to start within 7-10 days. Once the bleeding starts , it shall confirm that she is pregnancy safe.
Also important is to not to practice unprotected intercourse again till she gets her bleeding .

One should use only one method of emergency contraception at a time. If you have taken next choice already its fine.
In case you want double protection then she can opt for a Intrauterine device like COPPER-T within 48hrs of unprotected intercourse. This shall prevent any implantation of an embryo if at all fertilzsation takes place.

No thats not the case, as its a progesterone pill and if she has been having regular menses earlier, then it would work . The failure rate of pill is 0.3%.
