Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Its alright to have derangement of periods while lactating the baby.
Wait for your periods and if you don't get them then do a urine pregnancy test.
If negative then take progesterone for withdrawal bleeding and then start using a regular method of contraception but if positive then visit your gynecologist for examination and prescription for medical abortion.
All the best.
In case you have any questions I will be happy to help.

Detailed Answer:
Take tablet of micronised progesterone 200 ug twice a day for 5 days.
After stopping periods will come in 2-5 days.
But in case you don't get periods even after one week of stopping the drug then do a urine pregnancy test.
This is an easily available medicine and I hope you won't be having any problem in availability.
Take care.
