What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Post Non-penetrative Sex While On Deviry?

Question: Hi Doctor,

I have a question if I will get pregnancy or not.There is no intercourse happened this morning. But his semen fell on my public hair and inner wear.
Will this cause pregnancy.

I'm under medication using Deviry 10mg tablets as my gynic suggested for 3 months. I will start taking those tablets again this Dec 25th. this will be second time I'm taking Deviry.

Can you please advice

Hi,

Pregnancy is unlikely to happen until there is proper intercourse with deposition of semen in the vagina.

Semen on pubic hair and inner wear dries up and the sperms die quickly, hence pregnancy is not possible in your case.

Deviry is given for menstrual cycle regulation. You can take it as advised.

okay doctor.. I got my last periods on Dec 12th and flow lasted till Dec 18th. So, if I take i-pill today, will I get my periods again within 5-7 days.

if yes, can I start taking deviry any day after my period is over or any specific day I hav to start

at what time this i-pill has to be taken in the morning or night after dinner.

Hi,

Withdrawal bleeding is the bleeding which occurs after taking an i-Pill. It is not the monthly periods. Withdrawal bleeding occurs within 5-7 days of taking an i-Pill.

You can start Deviry from the 10th day of starting of periods.
