Brief Answer:
No chance of pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pregnancy is not possible without sexual intercourse and entry of semen in the vagina.
Moreover, she had taken I pill after the sexual act, which stops the pregnancy from occurring in 95-98% cases.
I suggest you both not to worry, as there is almost no chance of pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.

Hello doctor. We are having a doubt which i guess could not be made clear to you.
She has not got any induced bleeding after taking the pill. What it means?
Will it still cause delay in regular periods? Or the next period will be on time as usual?

Sorry to bother you again and again doctor. She's really scared because of her traditional family background and i am suffering of guilt of something which never happened.
She had her period on 14th September. The incident happened on 18th September, 6pm. She took the pill on 19th September, 4pm.
Please advice and guide us in detail so that i can satisfy her stupid thoughts and relieve myself of the unnecessary guilt. Regards

Hi dear, I am here to help you and you are free to ask your queries.
If you had sexual activity on the day 5 of her menstrual cycle, then the chances of pregnancy are almost zero as it is considered as a safe period for unprotected intercourse.
Taking i pill within 24 hours of sexual intercourse prevents the pregnancy in 95-98% cases.
I pill usually causes withdrawal bleeding within 5-7 days of its intake , however since she took it so early in her menstrual cycles, she had not got it as there was minimal uterine lining after the menstruation..
She is likely to get her periods a bit delayed (by 2-3 weeks) due to the effect of the i pill, which has this effect as a very common side effect.
I suggest you both not to worryas chances of pregnancy are zero in your situation.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
