Brief Answer:
no need for another unwanted 72..she is protected

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for contacting healthcaremagic.

I understand your concern here. If the LMP was on 30 th october and she has a 30 day cycle then she is nearing her menses. If you had sex on 25th nov and she took an ipill as emergency contraception within 72 hours then it would remain effective for another 48-72 hours even if you land up having sex again as you guys had on 26th morning today.
So she need not take another ipill at all . Now she jut have to wait for bleeding which would be a withdrawal bleed within 7 days.
Unwanted 72 is a safe drug and has a very less failure rate , and universally preferred emergency contraceptive pill.

Again if you have used condom as barrier contraception then she is further protected , and chances of pregnancy are further reduced as there was no rupture or tear.

Just dont be anxious and wait for her bleeding to start within 7 days. bleeding would suggest there is no pregnancy at all.

only side effect which unwanted carries is that it delays the next menstrual period in most of the ladies , else its safe.

i hope i have answered your query in detail.

regards,

Thank you so much doctor
just one concern my gf says her period date that i mentioned as 30 october can be 28 or 27 october as she is not sure exact date but not beyond 27 october.
so still its safe we dnt have to repeat the pill.
We will never take this risk again before marriage now.

Brief Answer:
no need to repeat the pill

Detailed Answer:
thanks for the follow up.

it doesnt matter at all, even if it was 27th october, still she should wait for her withdrawal bleed for at least 7 days.
you dont have to repeat the pill at all, she is covered by the first pill, .

if no furtehr query , then you may close the query ,

Brief Answer:
excessive masturbation is not good...explained

Detailed Answer:
thanks for the follow up.

well masturbation in excess say 3-4 times a day can actually cause erectile dysfunction in some men. But it doesnt cause any decrease in the sperm count as they are produced by sertoli cells in scrotum and regularly produced .

For maintaining erection , psychological and emotional stressors have to be controlled and masturbation can be restricted to say once or twice in a day. Nextly foreplay plays an important role in initiating and maintaining erection..
