Brief Answer:
wait for periods

Detailed Answer:
Hello I understand your health concerns.
Just wait for your periods and in case you miss them do a urine pregnancy test and see for results.
Right now this is the only option as it is too late to opt for emergency contraception.
Take care.

if I remember correctly it was like sept 20th or so and it lasts about 5 to 6 days. but then I bleed off and on. can you get pregnant at all even when youre not ovulating?

Brief Answer:
see detailed description

Detailed Answer:
No it is not possible to get pregnant in case there is no ovulation but it cannot be predicted if you were ovulating or not.
But chances of ovulation are very less in case of irregular spotting.
Still its good to be sure so do a pregnancy test around 20th Oct and then a week thereafter.
In case both are negative then nothing to worry.
Wait for your periods and then from next cycle onwards use oral pills which will regularise your periods and give contraception benefits.
All the best.
