What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Through Non-penetrative Sexual Activity?

default
Posted on Wed, 12 Aug 2015
Question: Hi,
I am 26 years old girl. I had indulged in sexual activity roughly 40 hrs ago. Although we didnt have intercourse. We happened to touch each other's private parts during the course. I felt his lubricating fluid on my hand and later on happened totouchmy vaginal area after it. Now we both are worried whether there are any chances of any pregnancy. I had a few sudden cramps inmy stomach a short while ago. Are they related to it?
I had undergone treatment for early phase PCOD. It had ended 3 months ago. I had taken a tablet called Ginnet 35 for the same. Currently, I am not taking any medication.
Is there really any chance of a pregnancy in this? Do I need to take any contraceptive pill as the deadline of 72 hrs is close. In case I decide to take the pill, will it have any repurcussions on my PCOD?

Brief Answer:
negligible chances of pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.

I have gone through your details thoroughly. I personally feel that the chances of pregnancy are negligible as there is no penetration.

So there is no need of ipill.

If you still have doubt, you can yake ipill. It will not have any repercussions on your PCOD.

Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
ipill will not undone the treatment of PCOD.

Detailed Answer:
You are most welcome.

Ipill will not undone the effects of treatment of PCOD, though it can temporarily cause menstrual irregularities for 2-3 cycles.

But would still insist that there is no need of ipill for you.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
