Brief Answer:
Nearly,No chance pregnancy following protected sex.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
welcome to health care magic,

Pregnancy occurs when sperms travel through vagina and unite with ova leading to fertilization when there is ejaculation of semen deep inside vagina.

Now, as explained by you that you had protected intercourse with wearing condom. So,it means that you did not ejaculate inside her vagina. Some part of semen which you suspected can't cause pregnancy because it requires at least in some quantity and to be ejaculated deep inside vagina for pregnancy to occur.

Your girl friend had taken Emergency contraceptive pill(unwanted 72)which actually causes imbalance in the hormonal levels and causes breakthrough bleeding and spotting when there is unprotected sex in a fertile period of the cycle.

I pill or unwanted 72 is actually high dose progesterone and effect of which lasts for a month. But it's use might cause menstrual irregularity and indirectly may affect the ovulation. So one should use it very cautiously as it might disturb the regular menstruation.

I think you should wait and watch for bleeding to occur and meanwhile you can go for urine pregnancy testing but it will come positive only after 3 weeks following unprotected intercourse.

However, you can go for pelvic ultrasound to detect the underlying cause of abdominal pain.

kindly consult a Gynaecologist, if problem persists.

Hope I have answered all your queries and still any doubt then feel free to ask me.

Thanks and Regards,
