Brief Answer:
You can get pregnant as you were not protected.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for contacting healthcaremagic for an opinion.

If you have started the pill from 10th day of your cycles and had sex on 11 and 12th day, then considering that you have regular 28-30 days cycle, crisantha cannot prevent ovulation in this cycle and you may ovulate in next 2 days, putting you in fertile period.

It takes a week for the birth control pill to establish its effect but it has to be started from day 1 of menses. There is no point taking the pill from day 10.

Considering the situation, there are high chances that ovulation would occur in this cycle and chances are that you may get pregnant as well.

You are already 4 days late now and can't advise you to take an emergency contraceptive pill also.

However you may do a serum beta hcg test after 10 days of intercourse to check for hcg levels which if found to be raised, would confirm pregnancy.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
first confirm pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
please don't be in a hurry, first confirm the pregnancy and get an ultrasound pelvis done if positive result.
then after confirmation you may plan for a medical abortion with medicine.
And its not misoprostol alone which will help...mifepristone also is required first in a set protocol for a complete abortion.

Brief Answer:
Confirm pregnancy first

Detailed Answer:
hello,
I shall guide you with the protocol regime with medication , but first it is necessary to learn about the exact ultrasonological age of the gestation if your test turns positive.
As it has to be a supervised process and you may experience excessive bleeding during the course, hence it is also important to know your basal haemoglobin levels.

But all these to be done once you come back with a positive result only. so first things first. Get the beta hug test done and the us if its positive.
You may contact me again through follow up or a direct query with your result details,
regards
