Need more details

Hi
Greetings
If everything is normal you have a fair chance of pregnancy .Hope you have been advised to have intercourse daily if possible for 4 to 5 days.
We need more details about your follicular study. Are you having PCOS?
Any other HORMONAL ISSUES?
Is your periods regular?
Taking any medicines/hormones ?
what about endometrial thickness and tubal patency?
If everything is normal you can repeat scan after 2 days to know the status of present follicle.
HOPE your husbands semen analysis is normal.
Feel free to ask your doubt with more details.
Regards

I have no PCOS, i have regular period. Not any hormonal issues and dont take any medicine. endometrium is 10 mm. But in October I had miscarriage in 3-4 weeks of pregnancy, there was not any hormonal or physical problem, maybe due to weakness. Is it possible that there will not be ovulation this month? My next period will start on 23 XXXXXXX as there is not any disorder.
Brief Answer:
Still you may ovulate
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Since no HORMONAL ISSUES and you are expecting your next cycle on XXXXXXX 23rd ,there is always a possibility of ovulation within 2 to 3 days.Hence I suggested intercourse daily or alternate days.
Be positive wishing you all the best.

Thank you for answering my questions patiently. So in 11 daya I will have period, I didn't notice vaginal discharge during ovulation, there were some cramps but not any discharge. And is it shows that there was no ovulation this month? Also I didn't intercourse due to stress and dissapointment as I considerded that there wouldn't be ovulation this month. I heard that ovulation does not occure every month. To what extent is it right?
Regards.
Regards.
Brief Answer:
FOLLICULAR SCAN WOULD HAVE CONFIRMED OVULATION
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings
Very difficult to confirm ovulation with vaginal discharge or cramps.
You should have undergone follicular study to confirm ovulation after 3 days as I suggested.
In a regular period usually ovulation happens. You are true that anovulatory cycles can happen in irregular cycles .
Need not worry.
You can be ready in next cycle.
Wishing you all the best.
