It is important to learn as to you are on which day of cycle when mscf is seen in ovaries. By day 9 , the size of the follicle should be around 9mm-10mm in size, but if its still mscf , i.e less than 6mm, then there are high chances that you may not ovulate on time and pregnancy chances may be low during this cycle.
