Brief Answer:
No risk of pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
No dear there is no risk of pregnancy with Mirena in situ.
Cramping is due to upcoming periods.
This redness and soreness is just due to first time sexual experience and will need local antibiotic therapy and cleanliness.
Take a note of following -
- wear cotton based undergarments
- use vWash liquid after bath on your perineal region
- apply clotrimazole ointment locally on affected area
- drink a lot of water daily.
In case itching is not relieved or worsens visit a gynecologist for examination.
All the best.
