Brief Answer:
regular intercourse increases conception chances
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,goodday.
Thanks for the information.
Iam happy to know that you both dont have any abnormalities related to infertility.
In my opinion yours is a case of unexplained infertility.
Unexplained infertility is the one where infertility is present inspite of both the partners being normal.
But this type of cases are successful with ovulation induction drugs like bestova supplemented with follicular study.
Bestova and HCG together caused the ovulation on 14 th day.
You are on correct line of treatment.
Duphaston is a progesterone which supports the endometrium, the lining of uterus where the embryo is implanted.
So all the above factors increase the conception chances and there might be good scope for pregnancy.
I suggest you to participate in intercourse regularly to increase the conception chances.
Avoid stress and anxiety regarding the pregnancy as they might cause hormonal imbalance and delay fertility further.
So relax.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.

Brief Answer:
Duphaston is a progesterone
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,good day.
I understand your concern.
I have gone through your query.
The duphaston is a progesterone and it is selective in its action with no other side effects.
It is used in various conditions and one of them is infertiliy.
Endogenous progesterone hormone insufficiency is also one of the cause for infertility.
So the duphaston is prescribed after the ovulation to support the endometrium and make it favourable for pregnancy.
It does not result in periods.
Dont worry. Its just to support endometrium.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.

Brief Answer:
Urine pregnancy test needs to be done
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to healthcare magic.
I understand your concern.
Iam glad to answer you again.
I have gone through your query.
In my opinion the brown discharge can be due to different causes during pregnancy and absence of pregnancy.
In case of pregnancy the brown discharge might be due to increased vascularity of cervix, hormonal insufficiency etc.
And in case of no pregnancy it can be due to hormonal imbalance.
So first it needs to be confirmed if there is pregnancy.
As you have taken the infertility treatment and missed period there might be chance of pregnancy.
So I would like you to do a urine pregnancy test a week after the missed period.
Because the urine pregnancy test done a week after missed period gives accurate results.
So wait and check for the period and consider doing a urine pregnancy test
Continue taking duphaston.
Avoid physical strain.
Nothing to worry.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.

today I gave for blood test. just wanted ask whether on duphaston will I get periods in case egg doesn't fertilize
Brief Answer:
Periods occur in case absent fertilization
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,good day.
I understand your concern.
Yes dear,in case if the egg is not fertilised you will get the periods even though if you are on duphaston.
Duphaston just strengthens the endometrium for the embryo implantation in case of fertilization occurs.
Hope this satisfies your query.

Brief Answer:
ovulation induction drugs and IUI can be tried for 4-6 cycles
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I am very sorry for you.
Usually the infertility treatments take a longer duration for success.
Its rare to get success in the first cycle itself.
And there is nothing to get depressed.
There might be many unknown factors which are the cause for failure.
There are different kinds of treatment available like ovulation induction drugs, ovulation induction drugs combined with intrauterine insemination(IUI) etc.
And the last resort is artificial reproductive techniques(ART).
Ovulation induction drugs and ovulation induction drugs along with IUI are tried for 4-6 cycles before moving to the ART.
So nothing to worry.Have faith.
Avoid stress.Dont get depressed.
Hope this satisfies your query.

I have been having brown discharge since last night
Brief Answer:
might be hormonal imbalance
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,good day.
I understand your concern.
In my opinion the brown discharge could be due to number of reasons like vaginal infections, birth control pills, pelvic inflammatory disease etc.
But in these cases the altered brown discharge is seen throughout the menstrual cycle and discharge is associated with vaginal irritation.
But in your case the discharge is seen around the time of onset of period and is not associated with any foul smell or irritation.
So mostly the discharge could be due to hormonal imbalance.
And as the HCG test is negative the period might start simultaneously.
So the discharge might be related to hormonal imbalance.
But if you have any vaginal irritation I would like you to consult doctor to rule out any vaginal infection.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.
