Brief Answer:
chances are low...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

There is no chance of pregnancy with intact hymen and without penetration. But hymen can be rupture due to sport activity, tampon use, horse riding etc. so if hymen is not intact due to these activity there is rare chances of pregnancy. Sometimes Precum contains sperm and can cause pregnancy if you are in your fertile period.

So there are very low chances of pregnancy based on details provided. However fingering will not cause pregnancy.

Hope it is useful.

Good luck

Brief Answer:
Thickned endometrium with missed period can be normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Swomya,

Sorry for the delay in my response.

I have worked through your ultrasound report and it is showing your endometrium is mildly thickened.

It can be a normal finding and you get your period in a few days.

It can be due to pregnancy also, so to confirm it by a home urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. (Rare chance in your instance)

Endometrial thickness can increase in other condition like fibroid, polyp and endometrial hyperplasia.

So go for a home urine pregnancy test after 7 days of your missed period date to rule out pregnancy.

Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more.

Good luck.

Thanks Doctor.

Yes my last period was on 16th Dec, i get periods between 30 and 40 days usually , so that might be the reason.
But sometimes, it comes after 60 days.
Is there any way to say around when will i get my periods with this endometrial thickness ?
Also my right ovary measures 5x3.3 and left is 3.3 x 2.6, is one ovary being bigger than other cause of concern ?
In my last scan which was 7 months back, i had pcos, now they dont mention in reports. Can they go away by itself ?
