I f you have just had foreplay and just rubbing of genitals with each other , and there hasnt been any ejaculation of sperm anywhere close to the vagina, then there are no chances of pregnancy at all.
Please stay assured. your periods will return by another few days , just dont stress yourself out as stress per se itself delays periods further.
At this stage when nothing is confirmed as to pregnancy or no pregnancy and you due date is still awaited, no point taking any medication . If your periods dont return by 7 days from due date then just to rule out do a urine preg test and if negative , you can opt for withdrawal bleeding with progesterones.
