What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Without Intercourse?

There is no chance of pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to healthcare magic.
Iam Dr.Srilatha gynaecologist.I understand your concern.I have gone through your query.
From your history I understood that true intercourse did not take place.
In my opinion there is absolutely no chance of pregnancy in your scenario.
To get pregnancy three criteria should be satisfied.
1)Minimum 2-2.5 ml of semen should be ejaculated into the vagina directly.
2)Within 24-36 hours of ejaculation egg should release from ovary for fertilisation.
3)Fertilized egg should be implanted.
Among these 3 criteria missing of even a single criteria will not lead to pregnancy.
So relax.
Using closet will never cause pregnancy.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.
Best regards...Dr.Srilatha

no need of emergency contraception
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,goodday.
I can understand your situation.
Yes very rarely there might be some chance of pregnancy when semen is ejaculated around or near the vagina directly during the fertile period.
But that does not fit into your scenario.
As the semen was not ejaculated directly.
And absolutely there is no chance for pregnancy with the spillage from the closet.
And the lifespan of sperm is only 24-36 hours but not more than this.
So relax dear.I assure you on this.
There is no need of any emergency contraception.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.

I wanted to know for how long can sperm survive in tap water?
Also, nausea is an early pregnancy sign, can it be experianced even before hcg detected ?
I had sex last month, but then got my periods on time. Does that rule out the pregnancy completely?
From last 3 days i have nausea even when i get up in the morning. But have vomitted only twice in three days. Today morning i have a slightly upset stomach and nausea again. But on vomiting it wasnt food but some yellowish greensih substance. Does this happen in pregnancy?
Also i was worried about pregnancy so, i got a beta hcg test done 3 days ago and the value was <2.39 . Should i repeat the test in a few days to confirm and rule out the pregnancy completely?
I was assured that its not pregnancy coz i had my periods last month after having sex. N i didnot have sex this month and u assured me that pregnancy is mot possible from using the closet with semen. Is there any difference in nausea faced in pregnancy then experianced otherwise? Please help me doctor. I am very stressed.
Sperm hardly survives in water
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, first of all dont get stressed.Relax. Thank you for keeping faith on healthcare magic.
Iam there to help you.
Here are the answers for your questions:-
1)Usually the sperm production and survival is a complex mechanism.Even a slight rise of temperature might harm the sperm. The nourishment is provided by the seminal fluids.
So once it is into the water it hardly survives. So there is no chance of sperm being alive in tap water or closet.
2)The first sign of pregnancy is missed period. All other symptoms of pregnancy like nausea, vomitings, increased urination, sore breast start 2 weeks after missed period.
And the nausea or vomiting are due to HCG hormone only.
So the nausea cannot be there before HCG detection.
3)Yes as you got the periods the pregnancy is 100% ruled out.
4)Early morning vomiting might contain stomach juices called bile so it is greenish in colour.
5)Vomiting of this type can also be present in gastritis other than pregnancy.
Stress induces gastritis. So relax and avoid stress.Take antacids and bland diet.Avoid spicy diet. Also take antiemetics.
6)There is no need to repeat HCG as the onset of periods itself rules out pregnancy.
HCG level also is not suggestive of pregnancy.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.
Best regards...Dr.Srilatha
