Avoid stress and anxiety

Hello dear, thanks for the information.I understand your concern.
It is good to know that you are not overweight or obese and your cycles are regular and there are no thyroid abnormalities.
PCOD is routinely seen in present days due to change in lifestyle.
In my opinion you seem to be underweight. And the height and weight are not appropriate.Normal BMI (body mass index) is 19 to 25.Your BMI is around 17.Low BMI also might hinder fertility. So try to increase the weight upto 50kg.
Coming to medicines which you are prescribed :-
1)In PCOD anovulation is seen ie.,ovulation will not be there. So ovulation inducing drugs play an important role in infertility treatment in PCOD.Siphene is the drug which serves this purpose.
2)Progesterone is hormone secreted in the body after ovulation. This hormone prepares the endometrium and supports it to accept the embryo. This hormone might be deficient in PCOD due to anovulation so this hormone is supplemented .Susten is a progesterone hormone.
3)Folic acid is a vitamin which is essential for proper growth of fetus and it can be started even before conception.
4)Okamat 500mg is metformin. This increases the fertility chances in PCOD.
Okamat ,susten and folic acid are continued even after pregnancy is confirmed.
The siphene can be tried upto 6 cycles.IUI(Intra uterine insemination) can also be done if needed.Siphene along with IUI also give good results.
Laparoscopic puncture of ovarian cysts in PCOD also increases the ovulation upto 90% and it can be tried when medical therapy fails.
Dont worry you are young 25 years there might be many chances for you to conceive.
PCOD is one of the treatable causes of infertility.
So relax.Avoid anxiety and stress.Because both these are the important causes of infertility.
Have hope .All the best.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.

Brief Answer:
PCOD has treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your query.I understand your concern.
In my opinion PCOD is not a major problem. This condition is routinely seen nowadays due to change in lifestyle.
PCOD can be treated.Usually oral contraception pills are given for a course of 4 to 6 months. But during the usage of pills pregnancy is not possible.
There is laparoscopic puncturing of ovarian cysts. Here the cysts in ovary are punctured. And this is effective treatment for
PCOD.This procedure has 90% success rate.
But before going for surgery the ovulation is tried by giving ovulation inducing drugs like Siphene. That is why it might be prescribed.
And supporting drugs like okamat, susten and folic acid are given.
You are on correct stream of treatment. There are no sideeffects with these drugs.
There might be 50 to 60% chances with Siphene.Try to participate intercourse
daily or on alternative days as fixing a few definite days might create some sort of stress.
The positivity of test can be known only after missing the period.
I suggest you not to stress yourself.Relax.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
