thank you for your reply. I have a real fear of germs and I am usually very careful in using mouthwash etc but, in this instance, I didn't use any and, without thinking, I gave a friend a peck on the cheek about an hour after giving oral sex and I am concerned that I may have passed on germs. This happened a while ago but I still feel guilty about not being more careful. Could I have passed on anything that would cause any type of infection?

If your friend is immune competent then even if through the peck some germs got deposited on his skin, he would most likely be fine.
