Brief Answer:
Cervical encirclage does not provide 100 percent protection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns about cervical encirclage.

Following is my reply:

1) Only if uterus is smaller than normal, it is possible to have early breakage of water inspite of putting servical stitch.

2) If water breaks you will definitely know as it will come out through a small hole in cervix and your dress will be all wet.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.
