Brief Answer:
symptoms and treatment explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
thanks for the query to HCM,
The most common symptoms for endometriosis affecting bowel are either painful defection, constipation and tenses especially during menstrual period days. Similarly if it affects the urinary bladder and it depends on the invasion of endometritic seedings into the bladder wall. It can range from all the symptoms of UTI, with increased frequency, urgency, often burning micturition and sometimes even red blood cells due to bladder wall erosion.
The best way to treat endometriosis is get screened early and diagnostic laparoscopy is the gold standard for the same followed by fulguration of endometriotic patches. Also GnRH analogues are available which can help achieve amenorrhoea for periods as long as 3-6 months in a single dose and helps reduce endometriotic spread. Once spread, then the treatment modality is surgical and mostly laparoscopic.
I hope i have answered your query in detail,
Regards
