Brief Answer:
Need specifications...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I presume this is about a patient who has multiple sclerosis and encephalitis. Before I answer this questions, I would you to be informed that multiple sclerosis is a chronic and recurring conditions. The consequences depends on the number of recurrences and areas affected by demyelination.
Similarly encephalitis that are caused by chronic conditions lead to detrimental effects. Those caused by acute conditions are left with minimal complications after the acute episode. Rarely do they cause long term health effects. So if you can specify what type of encephalitis this patient had, I can answer it better.

Presuming this patient had encephalitis secondary to chronic condition and multiple sclerosis, the consequences are gradual appearance of muscle weakness, paralysis, memory and cognitive impairment, bladder and bowel disturbance and convulsion. All these factors impair the quality of life which can in turn lead to other morbidities.

I hope you got your answers. Please provide more information to discuss further.

Regards
