Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Chalazion and stye are not the same.

Chalazion is a chronic inflammatory lesion of the meibomian gland.
Stye is an acute suupurative infection of the lash follicle and its associated glands.

Based on the image you uploaded, its chalazion. Usually its left alone and spontaneously regresses. However, persistent lesions can be treated with corticosteroid injections, systemic antibiotics and surgical removal.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
