Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Chronic paronychia and its management
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be chronic paronychia.
It is chronic inflammation of the nail folds.
It is usually seen in persons who keep their hands wet, do frequent washing of hands and frequent use of soaps and detergents.
To treat it you need to keep your hands dry, stay away from soaps and detergents, go for frequent application of moisturizing cream on the entire hands along with the application of steroid antifungal cream like Miconazole and Cortisone creams on the nail folds twice daily.
Besides this to correct any superadded fungal infection oral antifungal like tablet Fluconazole 150 mg twice daily for 6-8 weeks.
It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
These all measures will help in improving the appearance of your nails.
