Brief Answer:
no infection...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

a kidney infection commonly causes high fever with rigor and is generally a serious infection. So it's almost certain that you don't have this kind of infection, since you haven't mentioned any other symptoms besides pain.

Lower abdominal pain may originate from various structures including the intestine, the kidney, the ovaries, etc.

Clinical examination is very important to distinguish between various causes. Some tests may also help. C-reactive protein increases when an inflammation is active. The white blood cells count may also be increased.

Kidney pain can radiate to the lower abdomen in case of obstruction, when the cause of obstruction (a renal stone usually) moves towards the bladder.

Radiological tests may identify the cause if it's related to the kidney or the ovaries. Other serious intestinal causes like appendicitis may be diagnosed both clinically and with a CT scan.

The most commonly involved organ is the intestine. Irritable bowel syndrome or various causes of intestinal spasm may cause lower abdominal pain. Excluding other causes is required.

Brief Answer:
you have to visit your doctor

Detailed Answer:
You're welcome!

Abdominal pain and bloody discharge could be a sign of pelvic inflammatory disease although they could also be irrelevant symptoms. In any case, both symptoms require further investigation to determine their cause, so a visit to your doctor would be appropriate.

Best wishes!
