What Are The Early Signs Of Prostate Cancer?

Question: My family has a history of prostate cancer. I'm 31 and concerned it may happen to me as well. What are early signs and what/when can I take action to prevent it?
I'm already waking up quite early every morning whether I like it or not to pee....
even if i stop drinking hours before bed.... like 630 every morning.
Is this a sign?

Brief Answer:
Hereditary prostate cancers are known in about 5% people.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
You don't need to worry about it unduly.
Yes there may be families with prostate cancer.
But that doesn't mean, all male members in that family, will develop prostate cancer. The incidence reported is around 5%.
Symptoms seen may be from, no symptoms at all,to blood in urine.
Don't keep thinking about it all the time.
There's no preventive step for this.
You can check your PSA annually, after age 40 years.(normal is less than 4ng/ml).
Wish you good health.
