Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Don't worry.
Usually detergent soap will not cause much harm.
Watch for vomiting and loose stools.
She may benefit from Antacids like lanzoprazole junior.
I usually prescribe 15 mg half dispersible tablet before feed once daily.
If she develops vomiting ondansetron syrup can help her.
Keep ORS solution ready to ensure she drinks it if she develops vomiting or diarrhoea.
It is better to consult your nearby doctor if symptoms persist or if she becomes dull or if she develops cough or fever.
No antidote is available
However you can give her milk and your feed.
Ensure she passes urine atleast six to eight times a day.
Wishing your child good health.

1. No need to give any medicine if no symptoms develop
2. Cetaphil or dermadew lotion is good for dry skin.
3. Yes you can give dry fruits.
4. All vegetables and fruits can be give. Brain development needs vitamins minerals along with good quantity of food as brain is made up of fat. Eggs fish milk dates all are good for brain.
