What Are The Effects Of Taking 1000 Mg Of Valerian Tincture?

Question: I just took 1000 mg of valerian tincture and they say to take up to 900 mg. Now I can't sleep because I am afraid I took took too much. Am I in danger?
I weigh about 123 pounds. Thank you.
