Brief Answer:
as explained in details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Male/69 - stomach aches - mainly from anxiety - lower GI done - 0.75 Xanax - given Sucralfate, Donnatal, Pantoprazole, L-Methylfolate calcium - wants an opinion of each drug and whether it should help the stomach issue ...

If the lower GI and all other relevant queries are normal, you are most probably suffering from IBS, that is irritable bowel syndrome.
The medicines will help you in the following way:
Xanax helps for the anxiety, which is one of the major reasons of IBS.
Sucralfate helps by neutralizing the acidity in stomach and esophagus if one has GERD also.
Pantoprazole being a PPI help to reduce/control gastric acid production.
Donnatal is a combination of such medicines that help to reduce the pain of IBS.
L-Methylfolate calcium is a nutritional supplement.

Hence these medicines should help your stomach issue well.
If the anxiety/stress are kept under control, you will be benefited further by less requirements of these medications.

I hope this answers your queries and helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
