What Are The First Aid Steps The EMTs Will Do To Fix Two Holes In The Left Side Of My Chest That Hiss While Breathing?
It's an emergency. Please get to the Emergency ICU care at the earliest. See details.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's an emergency and needs urgent hospitalization and ICU care.
As per your history, you have difficulty in breathing, First, you require oxygen supply with proper monitoring of pulse, blood pressure, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation and that will be monitored in a cardiac ambulance on the way to the hospital.
As a first aid, for your bleeding and broken ribs, apply pressure bandage over the site, otherwise may chance of pneumothorax. Try to get oxygen support as soon as possible. Call for extra help. Keep your head low position. It's an emergency situation, I will suggest you call and get a cardiac ambulance as soon as possible and consult with the intensivist thereafter.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.

It may because of injury and broken ribs
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I think bloody blowing bubbles are due to injury and difficulty in breathing is due to pneumothorax. I'd suggest you not to delay anymore and follow the first aid measures as explained earlier. Please seek for help and call-up the EMT/Cardiac ambulance at the Earliest.
I think this will clarify your concern. Let me know if I can assist you further. Thank you.

BCS are used in open pneumothorax case.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As you have 3 sucking chest wounds i.e. from these 3 sites air is entering into thoracic cavity through chest wall. Bolin chest seals are used in such sucking chest wounds i.e. open pneumothorax.
As now you are under supervision and treatment of EMTS team. So they will monitor all your vitals including pulse, blood pressure, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation. They will provide oxygen support through mask or ventilation as per requirement. Condition will improve slowly.
I think this will clarify your concern. Thank you.
