Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Butter, crisps, sausages, pastries, fried foods, and sweets, cakes, chocolates are all examples of fatty and sugary foods which can increase body fat in general.

However, In your case, I would like to rule out a possibility of gynecomastia, which is enlarged breasts in men. Gynecomastia is thought to be caused by an altered ratio of estrogens to androgens, an increase in estrogen production, a decrease in androgen production, or a combination of these factors increase the size of male breast tissue.

-How long do you have it?
-Is there any tenderness in this area/around the nipple?
-Is it symmetrical on both sides or is it asymmetrical?
-Can you upload a picture, so that I can have a better idea?

Brief Answer:
Probably requires a surgical cure

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Though, mild cases of gynecomastia may be treated with advice on lifestyle habits such as proper diet and exercise with reassurance, but in more severe cases, surgical removal of glandular breast tissue is usually required.

Surgical approaches to the treatment of gynecomastia include:

-subcutaneous mastectomy,
-liposuction-assisted mastectomy,
-laser-assisted liposuction, and
-laser-lipolysis without liposuction.

I would suggest that you take an appointment with a plastic surgeon, since simple measure like weight reduction have not been very effective in your case and since the size of enlarged breasts concerns you.

Surgical options are usually the most effective and give dramatic results with little or no downtime.

Brief Answer:
Gynecomastis

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Thanks for the picture, After going through the picture I could see that there is minor problem of breast enlargement, Grade I: Minor enlargement, no skin excess. I don't think there is too much of fat tissue there,

The breast consists of two main components:
-Glandular tissue - which is firm and dense.
-Fatty tissue - which is soft.

Gynecomastia in your case seem to be caused by extra breast tissue. It is not caused by extra fat from being overweight, for that doing exercise or losing weight will not get rid of it.

Normally, If the breast enlargement is caused by excess glandular tissue, it will need to be excised surgically. I would suggest that you take an appointment with a plastic surgeon.

In my view it is not due to excess fat but rather due to excess glandular tissue.
