What Are The Long Term Effects Of Taking Augmentin?
Question: Severe Klebsiella bacteria infection from lumbar spine surgery. Just completed a 6 week course of Cefazolin (6 gm/24 hr) IV infusion. Now they want to transition me to 875 mg Augmentin x2 per day for 1 year or for the rest my life. What is the long term experience for being on Augmentin long term.
