What Are The Long Term Side Effects If Taxim -O Syrup?

Question: Hi Doctor. My 2 month old baby has been passing green stools n had 20-25hpf pus cells with mucus. Doctor has advised Taxim-O syrup 2.5ml twice a day for 7days. He was also throwing up alot since a week before he started passing green stools. Although we have started giving him Taxim-O but we're worried whether an anti biotic is good for such a small baby? Would it hve any long term effects on him.. ?
