First of all thanks for choosing Healthcaremagic for posting your query.
Etoshine contains a drug called Arcoxia. Though it is much safer than most of the pain medicines ( excluding Opiod medicines) long term intake of this is not recommended as it can cause problems in Kidney or Liver.
Kindly let me know for what you are taking this medicines and what is the condition of you ( in terms of pain ) now so that I can advise you better alternative.
Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .
Regards.

Very sorry but in this query, nothing was being displayed about your Ankylosing Spondilitis.
This is what I saw when I got your query " i am taking one tab of etoshine 60mg once in altenate day since last three months.is it safe to continue or any other medicine should i go for " . Nothing else is being displayed here .
Now coming to your query, you need to try alternative approaches like Physiotherapy or Chiropractic therapy or Acupuncture. Depending on medicines for pain relief is not a good thing to do as these medicines.
Till you try out these medicines I would recommend you to start either Tramadol or Tapendalol. The exact dose and duration can be prescribed by a doctor after your thorough physical examination. These medicines give you more relief and have less or insignificant side effect on the Kidneys .
Hope this information was useful to you.
