Question: Hi.. I took the home pregnancy test and it was positive. How soon should i set up the appointment? What all things should i be aware of meanwhile?

Take folis acid tablets daily. avoid sexual contact for forst 2 months. Eat lots of greenn leafy vegetables and avoid self medication. I started taking folic acid supplement from Monday. I also take pro-biotic supplements and vitamin D3 supplements daily. Should i discontinue them?

Regardingworkouts. I usually do Zumba, threadmill, skipping, cycling and the bodyshred ( including strength) workouts. Can i continue them or have to stop doing any of them?
