Brief Answer:
You can take MRI

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Amount of radiation exposed is measured in millisivierts (mSv).Xray Chest will expose to 0.1mSv which is equivalent to 10 days of radiation exposure normally.Likewise,CT Scan abdomen and pelvis will expose to 10mSv.So,chances of radiation related complications will be there if you take another CT SCAN now. But,if the benefits outweigh the disadvantages, you can go ahead.
In my personal experience, I have ordered for 2CT scans even with a gap of 1 month. There were no Complications even after 5years follow up.
In my opinion, you can ask for MRI of abdomen and pelvis where there is no radiation exposure.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
