Question: For one year and a half I have been taking 60 mg of Hydroxyzine HCL for anxiety. I have also been taking 50mg of Benadryl before bed. My RN daughter in law, thank goodness, found out and told me to stop. NOW!
She sent to me a list of scary side effects. I have experienced some of them.How dangerous is the combination and can I substitute Sominex for Benedryl?
