I am so sorry to hear about this diagnosis of lung cancer stage 4. In all honesty, this stage of the cancer cannot be cured. However, we do our best and provide as much support of through treatment options of which immonotherapy is only one of them. Others are radiotherapy and chemotherapy. However, the prognosis of these procedures is not very positive and we have never really gotten to cure persons fully from advance lung cancer.

The best possibility is surgery and this is only possible in the early stages of the cancer. With stage 4, it means it has spread beyond the initial site of onset and no longer possible to excise through surgery.

I know dealing with this condition is very distressing. I encourage you to stay positive and optimistic in spite of the odds of no currently available complete cure. I wish we had more to provide at this time but I can assure you that we will never let you walk alone. To the best of our abilities, we would seek to provide the best unto date available options to you.

In all, it is difficult to talk of a cure at this stage. However, the above measures would help. Ask your treating doctor is he is considering these options alongside for your treatment options.

There are no many options here to address stage 4 cancer. Those are the best known as of date. There is nothing more i can recommend beyond this. I will encourage you to provide healthy diet, emotional and psychological support. Beyond that, there would be little more that can be done.
