Question: I'm supposed to go to induction tomorrow in a share hour 12 shifts I've been told to do light packing I'm a type 1 diabetic and have nerve damage to the arms is the job suitable

My dibetes is uncontrolled yes it is from my diebetes

Yes with diabetic neuropathy you can join the new job just take care of a few things.
1) Protect skin of hands.
2) Dont over work take rest periods in between.
3) Keep good control of sugar.
4) Don't do heavy work light packing is fine.
5) Keep regular follow ups with doctor.
6) If you start feeling that the problem has worsened you always have option to try to leave that job .
