
What Are The Precautions To Be Taken While Travelling With An Infant In Flight?

Question: I have a baby girl child of one and half months. She was born on 23rd Dec 2014. Tomorrow I would be travelling with her by flight. It will be around 1hr journey by flight. Can you please tell me what precautions needs to be taken with her?

Your 1.5 month baby girl can go for 1 hour flight with no problems.
Just keep the following in mind
1. Cover your baby well with cap gloves and socks to keep her warm. Use extra wrapping if baby feels cold.
2. During flight feed your baby frequently.
3. Keep the AC vent closed over the baby.
4.keep syp ondem, if vomiting occurs give 1 ml.
5. Use nasoclear nasal drop after every 30mins during flight if the baby has any cold or coryza.
