Brief Answer:
Please send the MRI report.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well before guiding you I will like to see the MRI report. There is an option to upload reports on this page. And may I also know what were your problems for which MRI was done .

As you say your knee hyperflexes it could be due to trauma or degenerative changes in the knee , management will differ on that basis . Also please tell if you have pain and swelling in other joints also . Because inflammatory arthritis also needs to be ruled out . Please revert with details .

Take care.

Brief Answer:
Ask for etiology and mode of treatment

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,

Thank you for reverting back.

Well without details I am unable to understand correlate this MRI finding. In this context, you can ask the surgeon if he/she is able to determined its etiology (cause) as to why it has happened. If the cause is not confirmed, what investigations needs to be planned. And whether it will require surgical treatment or just medical treatment will suffice.

You might also check if there is a need to consult other specialist including rheumatologist.

Also you can use knee cap for extra support . Plus whenever you get the report do send it to me . I will guide you further. If you have any queries I will be happy to answer .
