What Are The Reasons Due To Which This Happen And How To Keep Thyroid Levels Under Normalcy?
Question: Hello Doctor, i never had thyroid issues but as per multiple blood test reports i took in last 1 year every 2-3 months, TSH kept fluctuating, sometimes it was below normal, sometimes it stays normal along with other thyroid parameters but sometimes TSH goes beyond normal range, what are possible reasons for such fluctuations? Is it normal ? i understand certain variations depends on multiple factors but still had curiosity to know about what are the reasons due to which this happen and how to keep thyroid levels under normalcy?
Brief Answer:
about low TSh;
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There are many pathologies that can cause fluctuating TSH with a tendency to be lower than the normal range time after time.
In most cases, there are pathologies of the thyroid gland that are confirmed with ultrasound or thyroid scintiscan.
If the thyroid gland structure results normal, then other causes such as pituitary gland pathologies or even emotional alterations can cause it.
So I would suggest checking the thyroid gland with ultrasound and you can attach the report for further pieces of information.
Wish you good health.
Best wishes,
