Usually if the bottle has not been opened and thr consumption has been done by opening a sealed bottle which has been preserved in a cool place it is very unlikely to do any harm as it is just sugar, other electrolytes and water.
However if the seal was tampered or the bottle was not preserved properly it can cause Gastro intestinal infection that is loose stools , vomitings and can even cause jaundice. It all depends on with which bacteria or fungus the solution got contaminated.

Hello. These energy drinks contain high amount of Caffeine and sugar. Other electrolytes are also mixed in thr solution. So occasionally it's safe to take it but high dose consumption can cause excessive urination, Anxiety , tremors, Palpitations and even inability to sleep.
So it should be taken occasionally that too in limited amount only.
