Brief Answer:
Usually ok, please monitor bloodpressure, drink enough

Detailed Answer:
Dear Patient,

This is not a problem. Low blood pressure might occur, please monitor, especially if dizziness occurs.

If BP goes under 90/ 60 please seek medical help,

But most likely no acute side effect to expect with one time double intake.

Best regards
