What Are The Repercussions Of Accidental Application Of Clobetasol Cream On Vagina?

Question: I have swelling in my face and has use clobetasol cream since July. I accidentally inserted the cream vaginally thinking it was my estradiol cream. Do you think I'm having allergic reaction or do you think it may be something else. I have lichen sclerosis and the cream is the only thing that helps. But I cant take this puffy face. Please advise.
