Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am

After reading your query I understand your concern. Am Dr Bhanu partap and I am a cardiology practitioner. I will try to answer your concern in a simple way, just relax.

It's depends upon how much your average blood pressure levels are after taking 10 mg of Lisinopril, if they stays around 120/ 80 or above then 20 mg Lisinopril most likely is not going to produce any symptoms but if Bp stays below 100 systolic then you might feel symptomatic in the form of light headedness, dizzy, fatigued.

But there is nothing to worry about if you feel any of these symptoms quickly check your Bp and if it shows below 90/70 mmhg then drink good amount of water and take few pinches of salt and take rest during that time don't be XXXXXXX you will be fine in a couple of mins.

Precautionary you can drink a bit more than usual water than you take daily. Lisinopril will be metabolised out of your body within 12 to 24 hrs. Just relax you will be fine.

I hope this information will help you relieve your stress and will guide you properly. If you have any more doubts you can ask me back or else you can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.

I wish you good health

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
