Question : I have by mistake been taking one of the tablets a day of Adcal D3, just after eating XXXXXXX for three months now. Will this have done me any harm. Should I reduce the dose for a time.

Hello,

I'm not sure why you thought it may hurt you, but it won't! If your doctor believes that you are calcium and vitamin D deficient then taking it will be helpful. If not, then you'd better stop it. Measurement of 25(OH) vitamin D3, calcium and PTH (parathormone) are helpful tests in this regard.
