Probiotic makes enviroment favourable for good bacteria's to survive.Vaginal capsules are designed to work on a particular Ph while oral capsules are designed to tolerate acidic medium in stomach.
If you have swallowed a pill there is no need to panic.It contains probiotic(however the acid in stomach is going to destroy those probiotic) and It would be excreted.
There is no need to try to vomit.
However in case you feel to vomit you can.
