Brief Answer:
Ryle's tube aspiration will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concern.

20 ml of Domex is not a life threatening poison.

Domex is known to contain Sodium Hypochlorite which itself is a mild irritant.

First and foremost , I advise your aunt to visit a nearby hospital ER and get a Ryle's tube aspiration and stomach wash. This will help to eliminate the unabsorbed chemical.

Oral pills of PANTOCID D will help to allay the sensation of nausea and vomiting.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
